** Scam Alert: Beware of Calls from Fraud Department & Card Services **

We have been notified of a scam currently operating in Hamilton County and the surrounding vicinity. Scammers are calling and claiming to be from a CU/Bank’s Fraud Department or Card Services. Scammers claim they are investigating out-of-state transactions and request account information, personal information (date of birth and address), card PIN and request to pick up the card for an investigation. If you receive a call, please do not provide any information. Hang up and call us immediately.
