ATM Access Update: What You Need to Know
Last update: 3/30/2026
We want to keep you informed of recent changes that may impact how you access and deposit funds.
What’s changed?
PNC ATM Deposits
PNC has updated its ATM policies to allow check deposits for PNC customers only. As a result, COPFCU members are no longer able to deposit checks at PNC ATMs. Cash deposits may still be made at PNC ATMs that accept deposits.
UDF ATM Access
United Dairy Farmers (UDF) locations have ended their relationship with PNC. The ATMs previously located inside UDF stores are being replaced with machines operated by a different provider.
Because of this change:
- UDF ATMs are no longer surcharge-free
- Fees may apply when using these machines, depending on the ATM operator
What does this mean for you?
- Check deposits are no longer available at PNC ATMs (cash deposits are still permitted)
- Cash withdrawals at PNC-branded ATMs are still available based on your account benefits
- Some ATMs, including those at UDF locations, may now charge a fee
