How do I setup Online Banking?

To setup Online Banking, visit copfcu.com and click the green Online Banking bar. Next, click “First Time User” then enter your account number and the primary owner’s social security number. Follow the prompts to complete the setup.

I'm locked out of Online Banking. How do I reset my Online Banking access?

To unlock your account, visit our website at copfcu.com and click the green Online Banking bar. Next, click Forgot Password and follow the prompts to reset your login.

Can I update my mailing address, phone number and email in Online Banking?

Yes, you can update your mailing address, contact number and email address inside Online Banking and the Mobile App. Just click your profile picture, then click Personal Information to update your details.

How do I transfer funds to another COPFCU member?

Transferring funds to another COPFCU member is easy in the mobile app or online banking. Note that you will need the other member’s account number and 3-digit suffix to perform the transfer.

Login and click Move Money or Quick Transfer. In the “Transfer to” box, select Another Member then complete the Recipient Account Number, Suffix and First Three Letters of their last name.
