How do I log into the Mobile App for the first time?

It’s best to setup your digital banking credentials using our online banking system. Visit https://copfcu.com and click the green Online Banking bar in the top right. Click “First Time User” then follow the prompts to setup your credentials.

Once you have setup your credentials, download the Mobile App to your device from the App Store or Google Play. Make sure to setup your streamlined login using your Face ID, Fingerprint, PIN or Voice.

I’m locked out of Mobile Banking. How do I unlock my account?

To unlock your account, visit our website at https://copfcu.com and click the green bar for Online Banking. Next, click Forgot Password and follow the prompts to reset your login.

I’m logged in to Mobile Banking, but I can’t deposit checks or manage my cards. Why?

If this happens, you are logged in to Online Banking on your smartphone. You must use the mobile app to deposit checks to your account. The app can be downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play.

What are the deposit limits for Mobile Check Deposit?

There is a daily and monthly limit for Mobile Check Deposits.

Mobile check deposit limits:

  • Max daily amount: $5,000.00
  • Max deposits per day: 6
  • Max amount per deposit: $5,000.00
  • Max total within 30-day cycle: $20,000.00

 

Why can’t I log in to the mobile app with my fingerprint or face? I’m tired of using my username and password.

You can use your fingerprint or face to log in to the mobile app if you have a compatible device. To change your login authentication options, follows these easy steps:

  1. Log in to the Mobile App using your Username & Password.
  2. Click your face/image in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Click Authentication Options
  4. Select the option you’d like to use: Face ID, Fingerprint, PIN or Voice. Follow the prompts for set up.
  5. Turn on Quick Authentication using the toggle button.
  6. If you login to mobile banking and find that the options above aren’t available, you are logged in to Online Banking on your mobile device. Download the mobile app from the App Store or Google Play to use these features.

Is mobile banking secure?

Yes, the mobile banking app uses the latest and most advanced security features available. Using Mobile Banking is just as secure as using Online Banking. All information transferred over-the-air to your mobile device is encrypted with 128-bit technology, making it extremely secure.

How do I transfer funds to another COPFCU member?

Transferring funds to another COPFCU member is easy in the mobile app or online banking. Note that you will need the other member’s account number and 3-digit suffix to perform the transfer.

Login and click Move Money or Quick Transfer. In the “Transfer to” box, select Another Member then complete the Recipient Account Number, Suffix and First Three Letters of their last name.

If my mobile device is stolen, is my information safe?

Yes, your information is safe. Login details and financial information are never stored on your mobile device. To add another layer of security, you should also enable a password on your mobile device. If your device is lost or stolen, you should contact your mobile provider immediately to disable the device.
