What information do I need to give to use Roger?

When using Roger to view any personal account information, you will be asked to authenticate your account by providing your Membership Number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. This is just to make sure that the transaction is secure and to verify your identity. You will then be given a one-time passcode via email or text message that you will use to log in.

Do you keep record of my conversations with Roger?

Conversations with Roger are recorded for quality and training purposes only, but all personal information is deleted from the interactions.
