How will I receive my Debit Card for the new Checking Account?
A New Accounts Representative will contact you to confirm your request and all needs for your new Checking Account. If you would like a new debit card, the card will be mailed to you. Mailed cards typically take 10 business days to receive.
How do I set up Direct Deposit for my new Checking Account?
First, find your account number and routing number in the Mobile App or Online Banking. Select the account, click Account Details then More Account Details.
Next, contact your employer’s HR or Benefits Department to start Direct Deposit to your account.
What ATM networks can I use for free?
COPFCU members can access ATMs through PNC Bank, Co-op Shared Branching, and the Alliance One ATM network.
Co-op Shared Branching and Alliance One ATMs are always surcharge-free. The number of free transactions at PNC Bank will vary based on your Rewards Plus status:

- Basic – 6 Free transactions per month
- Silver – 8 Free transactions per month
- Gold – 10 Free per month
- Platinum – 15 Free per month

- Check deposits are no longer available at PNC ATMs
- ATMs located in UDF stores are no longer surcharge-free
Where can I make ATM Deposits?
At this time, check deposits are no longer available at PNC ATMs for COPFCU members. Cash deposits can still be made at ATMs that accept deposits.
For check deposits, members can use the following options:

- Visit a COPFCU branch
- Visit a shared branch location
Please note that deposits made through any of these methods may be subject to holds.

How does Early Pay work?
Early Pay is a free service offered by COPFCU that allows you to post your ACH Direct Deposits up to 2 days early. When ACH direct deposits are received for your account, you will see a “Pending Deposits” notice in the Mobile App and Online Banking. Review the pending deposit(s) and follow the prompts to post it early. With Early Pay, you’re in full control. Post your deposits early when you want to or allow your deposits to post on the scheduled day.
