Can I receive a debit card instantly at a Branch?

Not yet. However, starting in late 2024 you will be able to receive a new or replacement Debit Card and Visa Platinum Rewards Credit Card at any branch location.

Please note that HSA Debit Cards are not able to be issued in branch.

How long does it take to receive a debit card by mail?

Debit cards are sent through the US Postal Service. Cards are usually received within 10-14 calendar days from the day it was ordered.

How do I activate my debit card?

If your Debit Card was issued in a branch, you may start to use the card immediately. If you received your Debit Card through the mail, please follow the activation instructions that were included with the card.

How do I raise my Debit Card limit?

COPFCU Debit Cards feature a $2,000 daily purchase limit for both Signature and PIN transactions. You may request a temporary limit increase by calling our Member Support Center at 513-381-2677 or 1-800-810-0221.

What mobile wallets does my Debit Card work with?

COPFCU Debit Cards work with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
